At Ataka, we strive to deliver your favorite Telugu literature and books as quickly and safely as possible. By placing an order on our store, you agree to the following shipping terms.
1. Shipping Rates & Delivery
We provide PAN India delivery with a simple, transparent pricing structure:

Orders below ₹199: A flat shipping fee of ₹29 applies.

Orders above ₹199: FREE Delivery nationwide.
2. Delivery Timelines

Estimated Delivery Time: Most orders reach our customers within 4 to 6 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Methods: Depending on your location and the weight of the shipment, we use either Air or Surface transport to ensure the most efficient delivery.

Guarantees: Please note that the delivery dates provided are estimates provided by our courier partners. While we work with the best in the industry, delivery is not strictly guaranteed on a specific date due to potential logistics delays beyond our control.
3. Our Shipping Partners
To ensure wide reach and reliability, we partner with leading logistics providers, including:

Amazon Shipping, Ekart, Xpressbees, Delhivery, Shadowfax, DTDC, and India Post.
4. Real-Time Tracking & Communication
We keep you informed at every step of the journey via WhatsApp notifications. You will receive automated updates for:

5. Delivery Attempts & RTO (Return to Origin)
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your package up to three (3) times on consecutive days.

Failure to Respond: If the customer does not answer calls or is unavailable for all three attempts, the shipment will be marked as RTO and returned to the Ataka warehouse.

Re-shipping Costs: In the event of an RTO, the customer is solely responsible for the logistics cost. To have the order shipped again, the customer must pay both the RTO charges and the new shipping fee.
6. Customer Responsibility (Address & Contact)

Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a 100% accurate shipping address and a functional phone number.

Errors: If a delivery is delayed or returned to origin due to an incorrect address or unreachable phone number provided by the customer, Ataka will not be held responsible. All associated costs for recovery or re-shipping will be borne by the customer.
